At Campbell River Electrolysis Lounge, I dedicate my time, expertise, and specialized equipment to providing you with the highest quality care. To maintain fairness for myself and clients, I enforce the following refund policies:
Services And treatments

No Refunds on Completed Services: All completed electrolysis or Spa treatments are non-refundable. Results vary by individual based on hair growth cycles, hormonal factors, and consistency, and we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

Treatment Concerns: If you are unhappy with a service or experience an unexpected skin reaction, please contact me within 48 hours of your appointment. I will work with you to address your concerns and adjust your future treatment plan.
Pre-Paid Packages and Series

Package Sales are Final: All pre-paid treatment packages or multi-session bundles are non-refundable once purchased.Â

Exchanges and Transfers: If you are unable to complete a package due to medical reasons or an agreement on "why", the remaining balance may be transferred to a gift certificate or assigned to another person with prior approval.
Deposits and Cancellations

As outlined in our Appointment Policy, cancellations made on the day of service or missed appointments (no-shows) are non-refundable and will be charged in full.

The 50% deposit required for rebooking after a missed appointment is non-refundable if you fail to show up or cancel that rescheduled appointment on the day of service.
Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. You may use the service amount and apply the balance to a service of your choice if you wish to change
